Menu 4: Deep Fried Minced Pork on Bread

½ cup of minced pork, ½ egg, 1 tea spoon of fish sauce, ½ tea spoon of grinded pepper, 5-6 slices of sandwich bread.

 Mix minced pork, egg, fish sauce, sugar and grinded pepper. Transfer the ingredient onto the cut sandwich bread. Place in a medium heat until golden brown. Serve with Thai Ajard 

 Menu 5: Fried Ice-Cream

Scoop your desired flavor ice-cream on a sandwich bread. Use tooth-pick to make a bun shape. Freeze in the refrigerator. Heat the oil over medium-high heat until it is boiling. Your ice-cream is then ready to be fried.   

Menu 6: Fish in Crispy Fritter Batter

Slice fish into thin slices prepare with salt, pepper, garlic and grace with egg yoke.  Place in bread crumbs. Fry in heated oil. Serve with spicy sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
