Breads

Immediately after baking, it is crucial to remove them from the pans so that the breads will not be over baked from the heat of the pans. You must cool breads completely before storing or slicing. Store bread in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Or, wrap it in foil or plastic wrap. Bread should be stored at room temperature no longer than two days.

Cakes

Proper storage is essential in preserving their freshness and flavor. Cakes are normally store in a plastic wrap or foil. The secret to this is to store them after they are completely cool at room temperature.
